Aideen McInerney joined the CS in the first year of her Arts undergraduate degree and was elected onto the Coiste as Ionadaí don Chéad Bhliain to represent first year history students. For her second year she accepted the challenge of running the largest formal dress ball of the university, the Arts Bál. She led a well chosen Fo-Choiste in putting together a great event that ran like clockwork. Aidín took her Erasmus year of 2008-09 at the Universitat Greifswald (Deutschland) and was elected in absencia as Reachtaire for the year 2009-10. Aidín served on the committee as an ordinary member member in her final year.
Aideen Óg is from Cathair na Gaillimhe and speaks Irish, English and German. She has a particular interest in the history of the Hanse. Aideen completed a Masters Degree in History in Newham College, Cambridge in 2012.
