Niamh Ní Dhubhánaigh (Devaney) entered the new Single Honours History BA in 2006. She has been an active Cumann Staire since then and in her second year represented her year's history students on the Coiste. For her final year as an undergrad student she was elected Oifigeach Chaidreamh Poiblí and while suffering some health problems did a good job publicising the Cumann Staire's many events.

Niamh is a native of Sligeach and in addition to English and Irish has conversational Spanish.
