Date & Venue fixed for Arts Ball 2011

After discussions with the Coiste and the hotels in Galway, details for the Arts Ball 2011 have been finalised provisionally. The Arts Ball will take place on wednesday 16th of February. It will take place again in the Salthill Hotel.
